SMS/Text Messaging Consent
- we need to add a comments section throughout all modules of the app; currently there are comments under cleaning and disinfecting, but none under particulates, micro and audit log. Comments need to be added to these modules as well, and with comments to audit log transactions, these can be added on to a specific transaction from the manager and admin, but nothing can be edited in the actual audit log transaction itself. Any updated comments to a specific log must be shown in the log, and the comments must show in the audit log transaction and export for each module. Comments are optional.
- Bug added Mar 13, 2026 at 12:40pm AP
- Still an issue March 23 2026 at 2:05pm AP: When selecting ‘Done” on the keyboard for the comments under all new comment sections, the comments section disappears unless you scroll back towards the top of the page, then the comments reappear. Ensure that when Saving and Finalizing on each of the modules, that there are no new errors that pop up due to the comments being added. These are errors currently happening ONLY under Particulates AND Micro sections. Still an issue Mar 25, 2026 at 1:31pm AP, only the disappearing issue remains; Adding a new comment box in the audit log needs to be bigger, and the comment needs to show up as an updated comment under the audit log transaction with a new date timestamp of comment.
- Some new issues Mar 27, 2026 at 10:48am AP:
- See under Audit Log section: When adding a new comment to an audit log’s details, the new comment does show up initially, but when going back the list view for the logs then reselecting the same log with the additional comment, the initial additional comment disappears until you add a new comment. Sometimes the new comments doesn’t fully appear unless the audit log is reloaded after going back to the dashboard. See video here
- Additional Comments are also not showing up under the exported pdf or csv files for any of the modules under the app and admin panel. It would also be best to consolidate all comments, including the initial comment, into one section of the audit log transaction and exported file.
